CARRIER CRITERIA:
While every carrier has specific criteria, if you have the following, we try every possibility to get you switched to a better career.

Always looking for drivers with at least 1 year of experience, good MVR & DAC record. The positions available may involve several factors, such as; Van, Reefer, Flatbed, Tanker, Local, Regional, Dedicated, OTR., Solo, Team, Owner Operators, Student, and/or Lease Purchase!.
We encourage you to obtain a copy of your:

MVR - to get a copy of your motor vehicle record

DAC - to see what is on there from past companies
-
PSP - if you have had any DOT recordable accidents!
We will be asking all about your past driving history, including any accidents, tickets, incidents; preventable or not, DOT- recorded or private property, criminal history and more!
If you need to know how to obtain your three reports, so you are aware of what is being reported about you, just ask us how.

WHEN CALLING YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING INFO:

A general idea of what you want to do and be realistic about what you want in terms of going local from OTR, or going to OTR from being local, pay and other criteria.
If you call about a position, we will be asking you questions about your past history, as well as what you are looking for. We will be asking specific questions about your driving skills and history. It's a great idea to have a recent DAC/MVR record on hand, so we don't miss anything! Having access to your computer, so that you can fill out the online pre-qualifications application will be necessary!

We take our job very diligently and if you are talking to company recruiters or other recruiters, then you aren't giving us your full attention to help your situation!! We have to have answers to our questions fairly fast, or if we don't think you're serious and we'll move on to the next driver.
We believe in being honest with you, so we ask you to be honest with us!!! We aren't just going to tell you things that you want to hear, to get you placed!! WE want happy employees!! WE want you to tell your friends about your new position and how you got it!!
Submit your pre-qualifying application.
This gives us an idea of your experience, you will still do a full application to which ever company you so choose. Make sure that you have company names, address[es], phone numbers, contact names, your employment history to include any tickets, accidents, incidents, felonies, misdemeanors, and more. Fill out the application in it's entirety. Failure to do this will make the process take longer and your application be rejected.

** If you are unsure if you had a ticket, or an accident, please do yourself a favor and find that information before filling out the full application to the company. This looks like an omission of facts and therefore they can, and usually will reject your application.

Unfortunately, those fancy logos do nothing to help you identify the best driving position for you and your lifestyle. On the contrary, many of the best driving opportunities exist with lessor known companies who avoid the flashy postings. As they say…”all that glitters is not gold”.
Our goal here is to help you find the best driving job. We accomplish that by helping you to clearly understand what each position has to offer you, without being influenced by the name. If you are able to evaluate and select your next driver job based solely on the qualities of that job, you are more likely to be happy in that job for years to come.

We work hard for YOU!! Please be truthful about your work & personal history. Our companies are very thorough in reviewing your information and even though you don't think that ticket you got 5 years ago, won't show up? Think again. Please divulge any incidents, accidents, tickets, felonies, misdemeanors; no matter how major or minor you think it is. Because, if you don't list it on your application, and the company in which you applied for finds it on your record. Guess what, they will deny your application for falsification. So, if you aren't sure of the correct dates, employers, addresses or accident dates etc., strive to find that information before applying! Tell your recruiter about your unique situation and they will advise you on how to proceed, but don't leave it out!

We are seeking a Class A CDL Truck Drivers in every area of the U.S.A. to join any one of our many companies! You will be responsible for safely operating a combination commercial tractor and trailer with
a capacity of at least 26,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).
Responsibilities:

Safely operate a heavy or tractor-trailer truck

Load and unload cargo when required

Properly track and document activity log

Report any issues or incidents to dispatch

Inspect truck before and after trip.
Qualifications:

Some or no experience in truck driving Possess a Commercial driver's license OR let us help you prepare and get your CDL Class A License only.

Ability to handle physical workload

Strong work ethic

Pass a drug, alcohol and background screening
