We take our job very diligently and if you are talking to company recruiters or other recruiters, then you aren't giving us your full attention to help your situation!! We have to have answers to our questions fairly fast, or if we don't think you're serious and we'll move on to the next driver.

We believe in being honest with you, so we ask you to be honest with us!!! We aren't just going to tell you things that you want to hear, to get you placed!!  WE want happy employees!!  WE want you to tell your friends about your new position and how you got it!!

This gives us an idea of your experience, you will still do a full application to which ever company you so choose.  Make sure that you have company names, address[es], phone numbers, contact names, your employment history to include any tickets, accidents, incidents, felonies, misdemeanors, and more.  Fill out the application in it's entirety. Failure to do this will make the process take longer and your application be rejected.

** If you are unsure if you had a ticket, or an accident, please do yourself a favor and find that information before filling out the full application to the company.  This looks like an omission of facts and therefore they can, and usually will reject your application.

We’re often asked why we don’t show the names of the carriers that we recruit for. The answer is simple:
We work hard to ensure that the jobs we place drivers into are the best possible fit for them. By focusing on the specific details of the position, rather than the company names, it encourages drivers to examine the position details more carefully and ask more of the important question, which leads to a more accurate placement.
When you visit other driver job-sites you will likely notice the barrage of big carrier names and fancy logos flashing all over the screen. Unfortunately, those fancy logos do nothing to help you identify the best driving position for you and your lifestyle. On the contrary, many of the best driving opportunities exist with lessor known companies who avoid the flashy postings. As they say…”all that glitters is not gold”.
Our goal here is to help you find the best driving job. We accomplish that by helping you to clearly understand what each position has to offer you, without being influenced by the name. If you are able to evaluate and select your next driver job based solely on the qualities of that job, you are more likely to be happy in that job for years to come.
Right Move Recruiting is the simplest way for professional drivers to find out about great driving jobs anywhere in the US.

We work hard for YOU!!  Please be truthful about your work & personal history.  Our companies are very thorough in reviewing your information and even though you don't think that ticket you got 5 years ago, won't show up?  Think again.  Please divulge any incidents, accidents, tickets, felonies, misdemeanors; no matter how major or minor you think it is.  Because, if you don't list it on your application, and the company in which you applied for finds it on your record.  Guess what, they will deny your application for falsification.   So, if you aren't sure of the correct dates, employers, addresses or accident dates etc., strive to find that information before applying!  Tell your recruiter about your unique situation and they will advise you on how to proceed, but don't leave it out!

You must reside in the United States of America to be able to be considered for any of the positions that we recruit for.

We are NOT able to help you move to this country.  Thanks for understanding!

HI, I met Cheryl 5 years ago from another driver. I contacted her online through this web page. I was looking to get back to trucking but had some issues[10 yr old felony], she worked hard with me and we worked them out   She found a company that would give me a second chance, so thanks to her hard work I have been driving for the same company, the last 3 years and she has become a dear personal friend.

Frank M.

Cheryl helped me when no one else would.

She found a company in Florida where I live and they were able to work with my work history.  Now that I know she is out there and working very hard to find me a good job, I will definitely tell others about her.  She stayed in communication with me and went way above all to help me. I have been with the company several

months and I am very happy.
